БEЗБЕДНОСТ У ЈАВНОЈ УПРАВИ

Сажетак

Развој јавне управе некопматибилно свом диманичком и интензивном разгранавању не поклања довољно пажње безбедносном аспекту чинећи га неконтинуираним или чак у целости непостојећим елементом који прати развој јавне управе. Овај рад изнеће разлоге за интензивно, систематично и контунуирано имплементирање безбедности у јавну управу, као и разлоге због којих се она занемарује или не остварује.
