The international thematic collection WORLD AND NEW GEOPOLITICAL PARADIGMS is dedicated to the phenomenon of contemporary geopolitical changes, the meaning, causes, manifestations and consequences of which have not yet been fully observed, understood and studied. The challenge of seeking answers to these complicated questions brought together authors from seven countries, and the necessary multidisciplinary approach resulted from their scientific profile – geographical, historiographic, legal, political science, sociological, economic.
The scientific works exude originality, comprehensiveness and topicality. The collection is structured in accordance with the three challenges on which the authors focused: new theoretical and conceptual paradigms in geopolitics, the twilight of the unipolar world system and the regional geopolitical consequences of global changes. Although different in content, the works provide a comprehensive analysis of the process that affects the present and will determine the future of the Serbian people and their space.
